QUI SOMMES-NOUS ?

OCO Technical et EXPLOTECH, deux filiales du Groupe NA, sont spécialisées dans les travaux spéciaux, les travaux en hauteur et les interventions en accès difficiles. Nos équipes interviennent dans des environnements techniques et parfois extrêmes, où expertise, précision et sécurité sont essentielles.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de chantier souhaitant s'investir dans des projets variés, techniques et stimulants.

VOTRE MISSION

En tant que Gestionnaire de chantier, vous êtes responsable de la gestion complète des chantiers, de la prospection commerciale à la clôture des chantiers, vos missions :

1. Développement commercial et préparation des offres

  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients et identifier des opportunités commerciales.
  • Organiser les visites techniques sur site afin d'analyser les besoins et les contraintes d'intervention.

2. Préparation et organisation des chantiers

  • Préparer les chantiers sur les plans technique, matériel, humain et logistique.
  • Planifier les interventions en coordination avec les chefs d'équipe, les gestionnaires et le service planning.
  • Veiller à la bonne préparation des interventions dans le respect des procédures de sécurité.

3. Gestion financière et administrative

  • Suivre les budgets, les coûts et la rentabilité des chantiers.
  • Contrôler les heures prestées, les dépenses et les éventuels travaux supplémentaires.

4. Suivi opérationnel et coordination

  • Assurer le suivi régulier des chantiers et veiller au respect des délais et des exigences contractuelles.
  • Coordonner les équipes et faciliter la communication entre les différents intervenants.
  • Suivre l'avancement des travaux et apporter des solutions aux imprévus techniques ou organisationnels.
  • Maintenir un contact régulier avec les clients et assurer leur satisfaction.
  • Contrôler la qualité des prestations réalisées et le respect des règles de sécurité.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une certification CQP, IRATA ou équivalente dans le domaine des travaux sur cordes.
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en gestion de chantier, en coordination de projets ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de la construction, travaux publics, l’industriel ou des travaux en hauteur constitue un réel atout.
  • Une connaissance des techniques d'accès par cordes et des interventions réalisées par des équipes de cordistes est un plus.
  • Vous possédez un bon sens de l'organisation et de la planification.
  • Vous êtes capable de suivre des budgets, d'analyser les coûts et d'évaluer la rentabilité d'un projet.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de réactivité et de capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Vous communiquez aisément avec les clients, les équipes de terrain et la direction.
