L’équipe CRIT d'Illkirch (67), spécialisée dans les secteurs BTP/Industrie, recherche son/sa futur(e) Stagiaire pour renforcer l’agence et découvrir le monde du recrutement, dans le cadre d'un stage d'une durée de 4 à 6 mois.

Accompagné(e) par l’équipe, tes missions seront les suivantes :

  • Participer à la rédaction et à la diffusion d’offres d’emploi attractives
  • Contribuer au sourcing de candidats via les CVthèques, jobboards et autres canaux de recrutement
  • Être formé(e) à la gestion administrative liée à l’emploi : création des dossiers intérimaires, contrats, déclarations, visites médicales, suivi des heures
  • Prendre part aux entretiens candidats, en abordant aussi bien les compétences que le savoir-être
  • Assurer un suivi des intérimaires en poste : intégration, fidélisation et accompagnement
  • Découvrir la relation clients et participer aux échanges avec les entreprises partenaires

Ton profil :

  • Étudiant(e) en RH, gestion, commerce, relation client ou domaine similaire
  • À l’aise à l’oral, curieux(se) et doté(e) d’un bon relationnel
  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et impliqué(e)
  • Envie d’apprendre un métier polyvalent, au cœur de l’humain
