The posting

L’équipe CRIT, spécialiste du travail temporaire et du recrutement CDD/CDI, recherche son/sa futur·e (Commercial·e en solutions emploi) pour continuer à développer son ancrage local.

Ton rôle au quotidien :

· Aller à la rencontre des entreprises du territoire pour comprendre leurs besoins et leur proposer les meilleures solutions RH (CDI CDD, CDII, intérim,…).

· Développer et fidéliser ton portefeuille clients grâce à ta prospection terrain et ton sens du contact.

· Détecter les opportunités, écouter, conseiller, et accompagner tes clients

· Collaborer avec les recruteurs de l’agence pour identifier et recruter les talents correspondant aux besoins des clients.

· Développer ton réseau local et participer à des événements professionnels pour renforcer la présence de l’agence sur le territoire.

· Suivre les indicateurs commerciaux et participer à la définition de la stratégie de développement de l’agence.
