Et si c’était vous qui faisiez grandir le succès des entreprises et de votre équipe sur votre territoire ? L’équipe CRIT de Boé recrute son/sa futur(e) Responsable d’Agence H/F !

En tant que Responsable d’Agence H/F, vous êtes le moteur du développement commercial et de la performance de votre centre de profit. Vous créez au quotidien des relations solides et durables avec vos clients et votre équipe, et contribuez pleinement à la réussite de l’agence.

Votre rôle au quotidien :

· Être présent(e) sur le terrain, créer une véritable dynamique de développement commercial auprès des entreprises du bassin d’emploi dans un esprit de conquête : prospection, négociation et fidélisation, visites clients/prospects.

· Proposer des solutions adaptées et personnalisées aux besoins des clients (intérim, recrutement CDD/CDI, alternance, inside, diversité…) grâce à une approche conseil.

· Piloter votre centre de profit et garantir la performance et la rentabilité de l’activité : suivre et animer les KPI.

· Identifier et développer des partenariats avec l’ensemble des acteurs de l’emploi et de la formation du bassin, détecter les problématiques RH.

· Superviser la gestion des viviers candidats/intérimaires : stratégie de sourcing, détection des potentiels, stratégie de formation, fidélisation, CDI Intérimaires…

· Manager l’équipe de 2 collaborateurs : animation, accompagnement et développement des compétences dans un objectif de performance et de plaisir au travail.

Ce que vous pouvez apporter à l’équipe :

Doté(e) d’une véritable aisance relationnelle, vous instaurez des échanges fluides et constructifs avec vos clients, partenaires et collaborateurs.

Vous aspirez à construire une véritable relation de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs.

Votre expérience commerciale terrain, idéalement en BtoB, vous a permis de déployer une vision stratégique et une réelle culture du résultat.

Et surtout, vous êtes animé(e) par la volonté sincère de faire grandir votre équipe, de créer de la valeur pour les entreprises du territoire.
