Contexte de la mission

Dans le cadre d'un programme de transformation des données opérationnelles cliniques pour un client pharmaceutique de premier rang, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst expérimenté(e) sur les données cliniques et de santé.

Le consultant intervient comme interface entre les parties prenantes métier cliniques, les équipes data et engineering, afin de traduire les besoins fonctionnels en exigences data exploitables. Périmètre : MDM, CTMS, SSU, Site Connect, CRM, Supply Chain, Finance, ERP.

Responsabilités clés

• Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métier pour les cas d'usage liés aux données cliniques et opérationnelles

• Traduire les besoins fonctionnels en spécifications claires à destination des équipes data engineering et analytics

• Contribuer aux activités de qualité des données, traçabilité (lineage) et gouvernance (définitions, dictionnaires, règles de validation)

• Animer des ateliers avec les parties prenantes cliniques et opérationnelles et assurer l'alignement entre les équipes

• Gérer le backlog et participer à la planification des sprints via Jira ; documenter les processus dans Confluence

Compétences requises

Standards de données cliniques & santé

• HL7, FHIR — obligatoire

• ICD-10, LOINC

• Expérience data clinique : 5 ans minimum

Plateformes & outils data

• Snowflake et dbt (connaissance fonctionnelle)

• IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) — apprécié

• Jira et Confluence
