Rejoindre EOLEN, c’est intégrer un cabinet de conseil en ingénierie et IT, filiale du groupe GECI International, présente en France et à l’international. Nous intervenons dans des secteurs stratégiques comme l’énergie, la banque, les télécommunications, l’aéronautique et la défense.

Votre quotidien

Dans le cadre d’un projet technique à forts enjeux, nous recherchons un Chef de projet Technique / Production disposant d’une expertise confirmée en architecture infrastructure.

Vous intervenez principalement sur la phase de mise en production des composants applicatifs et assurez le pilotage technique, organisationnel et opérationnel du projet.

Vos principales missions :

  • Piloter les projets techniques de la phase de cadrage jusqu’à la mise en production.
  • Conduire les phases de mise en production des composants applicatifs livrés par la MOE.
  • Définir le planning prévisionnel, les charges et le chiffrage des projets.
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques, les équipes de production, la MOE et les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Participer à la conception technique et valider la cohérence des architectures avec le système d’information existant.
  • Rédiger les spécifications techniques détaillées et contribuer aux différents dossiers techniques.
  • Élaborer et maintenir le cahier d’exploitation.
  • Définir l’inventaire technique, l’ordonnancement et la planification des tâches nécessaires à la mise en production.
  • Piloter les projets à travers des indicateurs de qualité, coûts et délais.
  • Identifier les risques techniques, organisationnels et opérationnels et mettre en place les plans d’actions associés.
  • Organiser et animer les comités projet et comités de pilotage.
  • Préparer les supports de reporting et communiquer régulièrement sur l’avancement, les risques, les coûts et les délais.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les équipes techniques, les métiers et les instances de gouvernance.
  • Garantir le respect des processus et des bonnes pratiques de Production / ITIL.

Votre profil

  • Bac +2 à Bac +5 en informatique ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 15 ans d’expérience dans le pilotage de projets IT techniques.
  • Expérience significative en architecture infrastructure.
  • Expertise confirmée en gestion de projet technique.
  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements Production IT et des processus ITIL.
  • Expérience de projets complexes impliquant plusieurs équipes et parties prenantes.
  • Capacité à comprendre et challenger les choix d’architecture et les contraintes d’exploitation.
  • Expérience dans l’animation de comités projet et de comités de pilotage.
  • Excellentes capacités de coordination, de synthèse et de communication.
  • Français courant indispensable.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens du pilotage et capacité à intervenir dans des environnements complexe
