Contexte de la mission

Dans le cadre de la modernisation de la plateforme data d'un client pharmaceutique, nous recherchons 2 ingénieurs data experts Snowflake/dbt pour concevoir, développer et optimiser des pipelines ELT haute performance en environnement réglementé.

Responsabilités clés

• Concevoir, développer et maintenir des pipelines ELT haute performance avec Snowflake et dbt

• Modéliser les données aux niveaux conceptuel et technique selon les besoins métier

• Optimiser les requêtes SQL et les modèles dbt pour garantir les performances

• Mettre en oeuvre et maintenir une infrastructure DataOps (automatisation des déploiements)

• Configurer et gérer la sécurité des données : RBAC, Row-Level Security, Dynamic Data Masking

• Assurer l'ingestion efficace des données depuis AWS S3 vers Snowflake (Snowpipe, external stages)

• Orchestrer les flux de données via dbt et créer des DAGs avec gestion des dépendances et tags

• Implémenter des tests de qualité des données via les tests dbt

Compétences techniques requises

Snowflake

• Maîtrise avancée : Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning

• Snowpipe + external stages AWS S3

• RBAC, Row-Level Security, Dynamic Data Masking

• Administration, supervision et optimisation des warehouses

dbt (data build tool)

• Développement avancé de modèles SQL (dimensions, faits)

• Macros Jinja pour code SQL dynamique et réutilisable

• Snapshots dbt pour le suivi des évolutions des données

• Tests dbt pour la validation de la qualité des données

• DAGs optimisés avec gestion rigoureuse des dépendances et tags

DataOps & Intégration

• Schemachange (automatisation des migrations de schéma)

• Pipelines CI/CD pour plateformes data

• Git + workflows de développement collaboratif

• AWS S3 (intégration et ingestion)

Certifications appréciées

• SnowPro Core Certification (fortement appréciée)

• Certification dbt Analytics Engineering

• Certifications AWS : Solutions Architect, Data Engineer ou équivalent
