Ingénieur Support Applicatif HPC Senior

Contexte du poste

Alliance Services Plus (AS+) recherche un(e) Ingénieur Support Applicatif HPC Senior pour accompagner l’un de ses clients dans l’exploitation et l’évolution de ses environnements de calcul haute performance.

Notre client, acteur public majeur dans les domaines de la recherche, de l’expertise scientifique et de la sûreté nucléaire, s’appuie sur des infrastructures HPC pour ses activités de simulation et de calcul scientifique.

Vous interviendrez principalement sur le support N3 aux utilisateurs, l’intégration et l’optimisation des codes de calcul ainsi que l’évolution des environnements HPC.

Missions principales

  • Assurer le support applicatif N3 auprès des utilisateurs HPC
  • Installer, configurer et intégrer des codes de calcul scientifiques
  • Réaliser des opérations de compilation, portabilité et optimisation des codes
  • Participer à l’optimisation de l’utilisation des ressources de calcul
  • Contribuer aux opérations de benchmarking et d’analyse des performances
  • Participer à l’évolution des clusters et de l’ordonnanceur Slurm
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs sur les problématiques de conteneurisation
  • Participer à la mise en place et à l’évolution des outils de supervision
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique

Environnement technique

  • Systèmes : Linux, Red Hat
  • HPC : Slurm, clusters de calcul
  • Langages : C, C++, Fortran, Python
  • Compilateurs / bibliothèques : GCC, BLAS, LAPACK, SciPy
  • Conteneurisation : Docker, Singularity / Apptainer
  • Authentification : LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory
  • Supervision : Grafana, Prometheus

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+5 (École d’Ingénieur, Master ou équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée en support applicatif ou expertise HPC
  • Bonne maîtrise de Linux et des environnements HPC
  • Expérience sur Slurm et les clusters de calcul
  • Connaissance de la compilation et de l’optimisation de codes scientifiques
  • Maîtrise d’au moins un langage parmi C/C++, Fortran ou Python
  • Connaissance des environnements de conteneurisation
