Contexte de la mission

Alliance Services Plus (AS+) recherche un(e) Ingénieur(e) Informatique Scientifique HPC pour une mission urgente au sein d'un centre de calcul de recherche situé à Paris.

Vous interviendrez sur site à temps plein pour accompagner les utilisateurs des moyens de calculs HPC et participer à l'évolution des codes et outils associés. Cette mission nécessite une prise de poste rapide et une capacité à devenir opérationnel rapidement.

Présence sur site obligatoire à Paris.

Missions principales

1. Support des utilisateurs des moyens de calculs

· Accompagner et participer au support des utilisateurs en cas de problèmes

· Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents liés à l'exécution des codes sur le cluster HPC

· Assurer le support utilisateur (N2/N3) sur les outils de simulation

· Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'optimisation de leurs calculs

2. Développement et évolution des codes HPC

· Intervenir dans le développement et l'évolution des codes en lien avec l'utilisation du cluster HPC

· Développer des interfaces modèles, toolbox de distribution, systèmes de traçabilité

· Créer des scripts d'automatisation et d'aide aux utilisateurs

· Langages requis : Matlab, Python, R

· Notions obligatoires de git & GitLab

3. Documentation et maintenance

· Assurer la documentation des outils développés

· Maintenir et faire évoluer les outils existants

· Rédiger des guides d'utilisation et des bonnes pratiques

· Gérer la documentation technique des workflows

4. Optimisation des modèles

· Participer à l'optimisation des modèles de calcul

· Contribuer à l'amélioration des performances des codes (profiling, parallélisation)

· Adapter les workflows de simulation pour l'environnement HPC

· Optimiser les paramètres d'exécution sur le cluster

Profil recherché

· Formation Bac+5 (ingénieur ou master) en mathématiques appliquées, physique, informatique scientifique ou calcul scientifique

· 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en environnement HPC et/ou calcul scientifique (ce n'est pas pour un débutant)

· Maîtrise de Matlab, Python et R (indispensable)

· Notions de git & GitLab (obligatoire)

· Bonne maîtrise de Linux et du scripting

· Compréhension des méthodes numériques et de la modélisation

· Connaissance des environnements HPC (schedulers, parallélisation)

· Excellentes capacités de communication pour le support utilisateur

· Capacité à vulgariser et à accompagner des utilisateurs de niveaux variés

· Autonomie, réactivité et sens du service

· Disponibilité immédiate ou court préavis

Atouts supplémentaires

· Expérience en développement C/C++ ou Fortran

· Connaissance des pipelines CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins)

· Expérience avec des logiciels de simulation (CFD, mécanique des structures)

· Expérience en support utilisateur technique ou relation client

· Compétences en optimisation de code et profiling

· Notions de GPU computing (CUDA, OpenACC)

· Contributions à des projets open source scientifiques

· Anglais technique pour la lecture de documentation

Exigences particulières

· Présence sur site obligatoire à Paris (pas de télétravail)

· Démarrage urgent : recherche d'un profil disponible rapidement
