Votre quotidien

Dans le cadre du renforcement d’une équipe en charge du suivi des incidents et des performances, vous interviendrez en tant qu’Ingénieur Poste de Travail.

Votre mission principale consistera à améliorer l’expérience utilisateur et les performances des postes de travail en identifiant les anomalies, en pilotant les actions correctives et en collaborant avec les équipes techniques expertes.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement grande entreprise, avec des enjeux forts de qualité de service, de performance et de satisfaction utilisateur.

Vos principales missions :

  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance des postes de travail
  • Identifier les leviers d’optimisation et de remédiation
  • Investiguer sur les irritants remontés par les utilisateurs
  • Détecter et analyser les anomalies via métriques, incidents et logs techniques
  • Définir et piloter les plans d’actions correctifs
  • Coordonner la mise en œuvre des remédiations avec les équipes concernées
  • Assurer l’interface avec les équipes support N3
  • Produire les reportings détaillés ou synthétiques selon les besoins

Expertise et environnement technique

  • Poste de travail : Windows 11
  • Scripting : PowerShell
  • Analyse de performance : indicateurs techniques, métriques, diagnostics poste de travail
  • Support : environnement N3 / grande entreprise

Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel requis

Votre profil

  • Bac +3 à Bac +5 en informatique ou équivalent
  • 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en environnement poste de travail / workplace engineering
  • Excellente maîtrise des environnements Windows 11
  • Expertise confirmée en PowerShell
  • Très forte capacité d’analyse et esprit de synthèse
  • Bonne connaissance des outils de diagnostic poste de travail
