Alliance Services Plus (AS+) assure le support applicatif de centres de calcul nationaux et industriels majeurs, accompagnant des milliers d'utilisateurs dans leurs travaux de simulation numérique. Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Support Applicatif pour rejoindre nos équipes et accompagner les scientifiques et ingénieurs dans l'utilisation optimale des ressources HPC.

Missions

• Support utilisateurs N1/N2/N3 : résolution de tickets, diagnostic, accompagnement

• Installation et configuration de logiciels scientifiques (compilation, dépendances)

• Gestion des environnements de calcul (modules, Spack, EasyBuild)

• Benchmarking et profiling d'applications (identification des goulots d'étranglement)

• Rédaction de documentation technique et guides utilisateurs

• Formation des utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques HPC

• Veille technologique sur les outils et applications scientifiques

Profil recherché

• Formation Bac+5 en informatique, calcul scientifique ou domaine connexe

• 3-7 ans d'expérience en environnement HPC ou calcul scientifique

• Maîtrise de Linux et du scripting (Bash, Python)

• Connaissance des outils de compilation (GCC, Intel, LLVM) et build systems

• Expérience avec les gestionnaires de paquets HPC (Spack, EasyBuild, modules)

• Familiarité avec les schedulers (Slurm, PBS)

• Excellentes capacités de communication et pédagogie

• Anglais technique courant

Atouts

• Connaissance des bibliothèques parallèles (MPI, OpenMP)

• Expérience avec les outils de profiling (VTune, Scalasca, Vampir)

• Background en simulation numérique (CFD, mécanique, chimie computationnelle)
