HR Conseil & Cie est une structure RH spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des entreprises sur leurs enjeux RH, organisationnels et stratégiques. Nous plaçons l’humain au cœur de nos missions et développons des solutions sur mesure pour nos clients. Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) chargé(e) de développement commercial H/F motivé(e) et prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux défis.

Vos missions

En collaboration avec les équipes, vous participerez activement au développement du portefeuille clients en B to B :

  • Prospection physique
  • Prospection téléphonique et digitale (LinkedIn, emailing, CRM)
  • Identification de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
  • Suivi et relance des prospects
  • Participation à la préparation des propositions commerciales et rendez-vous clients
  • Contribution à la mise en place d’outils de suivi (CRM, reporting)
  • Veille concurrentielle et analyse du marché

Profil recherché

  • Vous préparez une formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en commerce, management ou équivalent
  • Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral et avez un bon relationnel
  • Vous aimez le challenge, la négociation et avez une forte appétence pour la prospection
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint) et idéalement d’un CRM
  • Dynamique, curieux(se), vous aimez travailler en équipe
