Notre client, entreprise spécialisée dans la charpente, la couverture et la menuiserie, recherche un Chef d’équipe Charpente afin de renforcer ses équipes. Le recrutement est géré HR Conseil & Cie, cabinet spécialisé dans l’accompagnement RH et le conseil en recrutement.

Missions

En tant que Chef d’équipe Charpente, vous aurez pour rôle de :

  • Encadrer et organiser le travail d’une équipe de 2 à 4 personnes
  • Assurer la sécurité des chantiers et du matériel
  • Réaliser des travaux de charpente, couverture et menuiserie
  • Garantir le respect des délais et la bonne tenue des chantiers
  • Former, accompagner et évaluer les ouvriers placés sous votre responsabilité
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les responsables techniques et travaux
  • Participer activement à la gestion des chantiers (commandes, livraisons, préparation du matériel)

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des techniques de charpente traditionnelle, industrielle, bardage, lambris, menuiseries et couvertures (neuf et rénovation)
  • Capacité à implanter, organiser et gérer un chantier en autonomie
  • Connaissance et application des règles de sécurité sur chantier
  • Capacité à interagir avec différents corps de métier
  • Conduite d’engins de levage (type grue)

Vous avez l'esprit d’équipe, le sens des responsabilités, vous savez allier rigueur, pédagogie et initiative pour faire avancer vos chantiers.
