The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités à Lorient, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst pour accompagner l’un de nos projets dans un environnement à forts enjeux techniques et opérationnels.

Missions

En tant que Business Analyst, vous faites l’interface entre les équipes métiers et les équipes techniques.

Vos principales missions seront notamment de :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et des parties prenantes ;
  • Participer à la définition et à la formalisation des besoins fonctionnels ;
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles ;
  • Analyser les processus existants et identifier les axes d’amélioration ;
  • Participer à la conception de solutions adaptées aux besoins métiers ;
  • Assurer le lien entre les équipes métier, projet et techniques ;
  • Participer aux ateliers fonctionnels et aux différentes réunions projet ;
  • Contribuer au suivi et à la validation des développements ;
  • Participer à la rédaction et à l’exécution des cas de tests fonctionnels ;
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans les phases de recette et de mise en production ;
  • Assurer le suivi des évolutions et des éventuelles anomalies.

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure en informatique, ingénierie, gestion de projet ou domaine équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en tant que Business Analyst / Analyste fonctionnel.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d’analyse, votre rigueur et votre aisance relationnelle. Vous savez communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs et faire le lien entre les enjeux métiers et les équipes techniques.

Une expérience dans un environnement industriel ou de défense serait appréciée.

Le projet étant réalisé dans un environnement soumis à des exigences de sécurité et de confidentialité, le poste est accessible aux candidats disposant de la nationalité française ou d'une double nationalité incluant la nationalité française, sous réserve des conditions d'accès et d'habilitation applicables au projet.

La procédure d’habilitation pourra être engagée dans le cadre du poste.
