The posting

LR Technologies, groupe Smart4Engineering, recrute en CDI un(e) Pilote Technique / Chef de Projet Automatisme pour intervenir en prestation chez l'un de nos clients, acteur majeur du secteur aéronautique, basé à Colombes (92). Vous rejoindrez une équipe projet "Banc d'essais" pluridisciplinaire (mécanicien, hydraulicien, chef de projet) pour piloter le Work Package Automatisme & Électrotechnique, du cadrage jusqu'au déploiement.

Vos missions

• Piloter et animer la partie "Automatisme & Électrotechnique" au sein de l'équipe projet "Banc d'essais"

• Assurer le cadrage du besoin et conduire les analyses fonctionnelles en phase amont (PDR – Preliminary Design Review)

• Mener les analyses techniques approfondies jusqu'à la revue de conception critique (CDR – Critical Design Review)

• Piloter les phases de mise en fabrication, d'intégration et de déploiement des éléments du banc d'essais

• Garantir l'avancement du Work Package dans le respect des processus de développement des bancs d'essais

• Assurer un reporting hebdomadaire structuré (avancement, points durs, prochaines étapes) auprès du chef de la prestation et/ou du responsable de projet

• Contribuer, selon les besoins, à la programmation des systèmes d'acquisition et de contrôle-commande (Innova, Gantner)

Profil recherché

Formation & expérience

• Diplôme d'ingénieur (Bac+5) généraliste ou spécialisé en automatisme, électrotechnique ou systèmes complexes, ou expérience équivalente

• Environ 15 ans d'expérience en pilotage de projets de développement de systèmes complexes, idéalement en environnement aéronautique, spatial ou industriel exigeant

Compétences techniques

• Solide expertise en automatisme et électrotechnique appliquée aux bancs d'essais

• Maîtrise des processus de développement et des jalons de revue de conception (PDR, CDR)

• Connaissance des systèmes d'acquisition et de contrôle-commande de bancs d'essais (Innova, Gantner appréciés, non obligatoires)

• Habilitation électrique à jour ou aptitude à l'obtenir (document à fournir)

Savoir-être

• Leadership technique et capacité à fédérer une équipe pluridisciplinaire (mécanique, hydraulique, gestion de projet)

• Rigueur, sens du reporting et de la communication avec les parties prenantes

• Autonomie et aisance dans un environnement industriel normé et exigeant
