The posting

LR Technologies recrute en CDI un(e) Chef de Projet / Pilote Technique Automatisme & Électrotechnique pour intervenir en prestation chez un client majeur du secteur aéronautique/défense, basé à Colombes (92). Vous rejoindrez une équipe projet dédiée au développement de nouveaux bancs d'essais et piloterez le Work Package « Automatisme & Électrotechnique » de bout en bout.

Vos missions

● Piloter et animer le Work Package « Automatisme & Électrotechnique » au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire (mécanicien, hydraulicien, chef de projet banc)

● Assurer le pilotage technique depuis les phases amont (cadrage, analyse fonctionnelle, revue de définition préliminaire – PDR) jusqu'aux analyses poussées menant à la revue de conception critique (CDR)

● Superviser la mise en fabrication, l'intégration et le déploiement des éléments du banc d'essais

● Garantir le respect des processus de développement des bancs d'essais et des normes, standards et réglementations applicables

● Assurer un reporting hebdomadaire structuré auprès du chef de la prestation et/ou du responsable projet banc (avancement, difficultés, prochaines étapes)

● Contribuer, en tant que de besoin, à la programmation des systèmes de bancs (Innova, Gantner — connaissance appréciée, non obligatoire)

● Intervenir dans le respect des habilitations requises (habilitation électrique H2/B2) et du plan de prévention SSE

Profil recherché

Formation & expérience

● Diplôme d'ingénieur (Bac+5) en automatisme, électrotechnique, ou généraliste avec spécialisation systèmes complexes

● Environ 15 ans d'expérience en pilotage de développement de systèmes complexes, idéalement acquise dans un contexte de bancs d'essais et/ou secteur aéronautique-défense

Compétences techniques

● Habilitation électrique H2/B2 requise (certificat à fournir)

● Maîtrise des jalons et livrables projet : cadrage, analyse fonctionnelle, PDR, CDR

● Connaissance des normes, standards et réglementations applicables aux bancs d'essais

● La pratique des outils Innova et/ou Gantner est un plus apprécié, non obligatoire

Savoir-être

● Leadership et capacité à fédérer une équipe pluridisciplinaire (mécanique, hydraulique, gestion de projet)

● Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et de la méthode

● Autonomie et capacité à arbitrer sur des sujets techniques complexes

● Aisance relationnelle et qualités rédactionnelles pour le reporting client
