The posting

LR Technologies, groupe Smart 4 Engineering, recrute en CDI un.e Responsable Delivery IT (Delivery Manager) pour une mission longue durée (6 ou 12 mois selon profil) chez l'un de nos clients, acteur majeur du digital, de l'innovation et de la mobilité, qui développe les solutions numériques utilisées quotidiennement par des millions de voyageurs.

Poste situé à Saint-Denis avec 2 à 3 jours de TT par semaine.

Vos missions

Rattaché.e à la Factory produit/tech de notre client, vous prendrez la responsabilité d'un ou deux périmètres stratégiques, soit entre 15 et 35 personnes (Software Engineers, QA, Scrum Masters). Vous serez notamment amené.e à :

  • Piloter le delivery et la production de votre périmètre, en vous alignant avec les Product Managers sur les priorités, arbitrages et risques
  • Faire évoluer l'organisation et piloter le staffing de vos équipes tech
  • Animer vos équipes en installant un cadre d'autonomie clair, et en développant la culture du feedback et de l'amélioration continue
  • Décliner la stratégie technique globale en roadmap opérationnelle sur votre périmètre, en garantissant l'application des standards (qualité, sécurité, observabilité, finops, IA)
  • Contribuer à un collectif transverse de managers et lead practices (agilité, ops, qualité) pour faire progresser l'ensemble de l'organisation
  • Piloter un ou plusieurs chantiers transverses au-delà de votre propre périmètre

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets IT, incluant le pilotage d'équipes
  • Bonne compréhension de l'architecture applicative et des systèmes d'information
  • Maîtrise des pratiques agiles
  • Leadership affirmé, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, aisance dans la négociation et la gestion des situations sous tension
  • Goût pour la transformation des pratiques (standards techniques, lean, IA) et l'amélioration continue
  • À l'aise pour évoluer en mode prestation, au sein des équipes d'un client exigeant

Compétences clés obligatoires : Gestion de projets IT, Agilité, Architecture Applicative
