The posting

LR Technologies (Groupe Smart4Engineering) recrute en CDI un·e Pilote d'Essais Mécaniques H/F pour une mission de 18 mois à Colombes (92), chez un acteur majeur du secteur aéronautique spécialisé dans les transmissions de puissance et équipements mécaniques. Démarrage envisagé en octobre 2026.

Vos missions

● Préparer et mettre au point les assemblages mécaniques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques des moyens d'essais

● Préparer et installer les équipements à tester

● Piloter les bancs d'essais et garantir le bon déroulement des campagnes

● Réaliser les premières analyses des résultats d'essais

● Participer aux investigations techniques en cas de défaillance

● Rédiger les rapports d'activité et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des moyens d'essais

Profil recherché

● Formation Bac+2/+3 à Bac+5 (BTS/DUT/Licence Pro Mécanique, Maintenance Industrielle, Essais & Mesures, ou diplôme d'ingénieur mécanique/généraliste)

● Profil confirmé/expérimenté (technicien ou ingénieur) : 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en essais mécaniques et pilotage de bancs d'essais

● Connaissances solides en mécanique, hydraulique et pneumatique

● Capacité à analyser des résultats d'essais et à diagnostiquer des dysfonctionnements

● Une expérience sur machines tournantes, transmissions mécaniques, motorisations ou équipements aéronautiques est un vrai plus

● Profils issus de l'automobile, de l'énergie ou de l'industrie avec une réelle expérience terrain sur bancs d'essais bienvenus

● Autonomie, rigueur, sens de la sécurité
