The posting

LR Technologies (Groupe Smart4Engineering) recrute en CDI un(e) Responsable Technique Fournisseur (RTF) pour une mission basée à Bourges (18), chez un acteur majeur de l'industrie de la défense.

Vos missions

• Être l'interface technique privilégiée entre le client et un ou plusieurs fournisseurs stratégiques, sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie de la fourniture (matériel, logiciel, documentaire)

• Participer à la rédaction et à la consolidation du cahier des charges

• Lancer et suivre techniquement la commande fournisseur

• Piloter le développement fournisseur et participer aux revues de conception et de développement (type PDR/CDR)

• Suivre les livraisons intermédiaires, préparer et suivre la livraison finale

• Suivre les engagements du fournisseur en coûts, délais et performances

• Synthétiser et remonter l'information technique aux équipes et responsables de programme

• Coordonner les experts internes (qualité, achats, PMO, métiers) nécessaires au traitement des sujets techniques

• Définir avec les métiers concernés les modalités d'acceptation des livrables

• Centraliser les échanges techniques afin de limiter la multiplication des interfaces directes fournisseur/client

Profil recherché

• Formation : Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur généraliste, systèmes embarqués, électronique, informatique industrielle ou équivalent)

• Expérience : 4 à 5 ans minimum en pilotage de projet technique et/ou pilotage fournisseur/sous-traitant, idéalement en environnement logiciel embarqué, électronique/hardware ou systèmes complexes

• Compétences : construction et suivi de planning, suivi coûts/délais/performances, participation à des revues de conception, compréhension d'environnements techniques complexes, coordination d'interlocuteurs multiples

• Soft skills (déterminants) : leadership fournisseur, capacité à se positionner en véritable client, à challenger les engagements, à dire non si nécessaire, à rechercher des compromis, excellent sens de la synthèse et de la communication

• Mobilité : poste 100 % présentiel au démarrage (télétravail envisageable ensuite), déplacements ponctuels en France ou à l'étranger (environ tous les 1 à 2 mois)
