The posting

LR Technologies (Groupe Smart4Engineering) recrute, dans le cadre d'un CDI, un(e) Quality Engineer pour renforcer les équipes d'un acteur majeur de la mobilité et du transport, au sein de son activité éditeur de solutions digitales. Poste basé à Saint-Denis (93), en télétravail partiel (2 jours de présence par semaine). Vous intégrerez une équipe agile pluridisciplinaire (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Lead Dev, Développeurs) sur un produit stratégique de l'entreprise, avec pour mission d'implémenter les processus qualité et de garantir la conformité des livraisons aux besoins exprimés en User Stories.

Vos missions

En tant que Quality Engineer, vous serez responsable de :

● Appliquer la stratégie de tests (manuels et automatisés) du produit

● Rédiger les cas de tests et scénarios de test à partir des User Stories

● Exécuter et suivre les tests fonctionnels sur Jira via Xray

● Automatiser les tests (API, non-régression) avec Cucumber

● Assurer la couverture fonctionnelle et technique des tests

● Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus QA et à la culture qualité au sein de l'équipe

● Garantir la conformité des produits livrés aux besoins exprimés en User Stories

Vos livrables

● Plan de tests détaillé (fonctionnel, régression)

● Scripts d'automatisation (tests API, tests de non-régression)

● Rapports de tests avec indicateurs qualité (taux de couverture, bugs détectés...)

● Documentation des processus et recommandations d'amélioration

Profil recherché

● Formation Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire, spécialisation informatique / qualité logicielle)

● Expérience confirmée en Quality Engineering / Test QA, à l'aise aussi bien sur les tests manuels que sur l'automatisation, avec une réelle capacité de recul sur son métier (niveau d'expérience à valider ensemble)

● Tests manuels : rédaction de cas de tests et scénarios, exécution et suivi sur Jira avec Xray

● Tests automatisés : Cucumber, automatisation de tests API

● Bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile / Scrum / Kanban

● Expérience avec les environnements CI/CD (GitLab CI) et une réelle culture DevOps

● Une connaissance de Kotlin et du format JSON est un plus apprécié

● Soft skills : rigueur, esprit analytique, capacité de recul, communication efficace, curiosité, adaptabilité, autonomie
