LR Technologies poursuit le développement de son pôle Infrastructure & Production dans le cadre de sa campagne de recrutement 2026.

Nous accompagnons nos clients sur des environnements techniques complexes et distribués, en intervenant notamment sur l’intégration, la mise en production et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de leurs applications.

Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Production / Exploitation capable d’évoluer dans des environnements Linux et disposant d’une bonne culture des environnements Java.

Votre rôle

Vous intervenez au cœur des activités de production afin de garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la fiabilité des applications et plateformes.

Votre quotidien mêle exploitation, gestion d’incidents, industrialisation, automatisation et accompagnement des mises en production.

Vos missions

  • Assurer l’exploitation quotidienne des services : supervision, monitoring, analyse des indicateurs et suivi des procédures d’exploitation.
  • Prendre en charge les incidents N2/N3 : diagnostic, résolution, escalade et communication auprès des équipes concernées.
  • Participer aux mises en production : préparation, validation, déploiement, rollback et analyse post-production.
  • Maintenir les plateformes en conditions opérationnelles : suivi des performances, capacité, disponibilité et optimisation.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration et à l’industrialisation des processus d’exploitation et des procédures.
  • Automatiser les tâches récurrentes à travers le scripting et les outils CI/CD.
  • Mettre en place et maintenir les dispositifs de monitoring, alerting et reporting : logs, métriques, traces…
  • Participer aux activités de sécurité opérationnelle : correctifs, gestion des accès, vulnérabilités et contrôles.
  • Contribuer aux projets d’évolution technique : tests, industrialisation et transfert vers les équipes de production.
  • Accompagner les équipes N1/N2 à travers la documentation, le partage de connaissances et la formation.

Votre profil

Diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent, vous disposez de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en exploitation, production ou ingénierie de production.

Vous êtes avant tout à l’aise dans les environnements Linux et vous possédez une bonne compréhension des environnements Java et de leur fonctionnement en production.

Vous maîtrisez notamment :

  • Linux — environnement principal
  • Java — culture technique et compréhension des environnements applicatifs
  • Control-M ou un ordonnanceur équivalent
  • Environnements Windows
  • Apache / Tomcat
  • HAProxy / Load Balancer
  • SSL / chiffrement
  • Outils de déploiement et de release
  • Bases de données
  • Monitoring / supervision
  • Scripting et automatisation

Une expérience sur des environnements distribués, des outils CI/CD ou des problématiques de MCO sera appréciée.
