The posting

LR Technologies recrute pour son client, acteur mondial des technologies de détection et d'inspection de sûreté (aviation, douanes, ports et frontières, défense), un(e) Program Manager pour piloter des programmes de déploiement de systèmes d'inspection auprès de clients institutionnels et gouvernementaux.

Missions principales

• Piloter le programme de bout en bout : de la contractualisation à la livraison et l'installation des systèmes chez le client

• Assurer le suivi budgétaire et le reporting financier périodique (prévisions de revenus, atteinte des objectifs)

• Identifier, évaluer et piloter les risques projet (impact/probabilité), avec plans d'atténuation et escalade selon la gouvernance

• Être l'interface principale avec le client (administrations douanières, autorités portuaires/aéroportuaires) et les parties prenantes internes (technique, commercial, industrialisation)

• Contribuer aux réponses aux appels d'offres (RFP/RFQ/RFI) en coordination avec les équipes commerciales

• Garantir le respect des délais, de la qualité et du budget sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie du programme

Profil recherché

• Formation ingénieur (Bac+5) ou équivalent, gestion de projet/programme

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en pilotage de programmes complexes, idéalement dans un secteur réglementé (défense, sûreté, aéronautique, ferroviaire)

• Anglais courant indispensable (environnement international)

• Certification PMP/Prince2 appréciée

• Rigueur, leadership transverse, aisance avec les parties prenantes institutionnelles
