Présentation du poste

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre service comptable, nous recherchons un(e) comptable pour intervenir sur deux entités : un supermarché et un magasin de bricolage.

Rattaché(e) à la comptable en poste, vous venez en appui de l’équipe comptable existante et participez à la gestion quotidienne des opérations comptables des deux structures.

Vous contribuez à la fiabilité des comptes, au respect des procédures internes et des échéances, ainsi qu’à l’amélioration continue de l’organisation du service, notamment à travers le développement des processus de dématérialisation.

Nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse, organisée et impliquée, souhaitant s’inscrire durablement dans une équipe et participer activement à l’évolution de ses méthodes de travail.

Vos missions principales

Assurer la tenue, le contrôle, le pointage et le suivi de la comptabilité générale et auxiliaire.

Participer à la gestion des comptes fournisseurs et clients.

Contrôler les factures et effectuer les rapprochements avec les bons de livraison, puis assurer le suivi des anomalies.

Préparer les échéanciers et les règlements fournisseurs.

Assurer le suivi des litiges et des relances.

Participer au suivi et au rapprochement des opérations bancaires.

Contribuer à la préparation des situations comptables et des travaux de clôture.

Participer à l’élaboration du reporting mensuel et au suivi des indicateurs de gestion.

Veiller au respect des procédures internes.

Participer à l’amélioration continue de l’organisation du service et à la fiabilisation des données comptables.

Selon votre profil et vos compétences, vous pourrez également intervenir sur des missions complémentaires en gestion des ressources humaines : préparation des éléments de paie, suivi administratif du personnel, rédaction des contrats de travail, déclarations préalables à l’embauche (DPAE) et suivi des dossiers salariés.

Votre profil

De formation Bac +2 en comptabilité, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie en comptabilité, acquise en entreprise ou en cabinet comptable. Une expérience dans la grande distribution alimentaire serait appréciée.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre organisation, votre autonomie et votre capacité à travailler en équipe. Vous savez faire preuve de réactivité, et de discrétion dans le traitement des informations confidentielles.

Vous manifestez un intérêt particulier pour les processus de dématérialisation, l’optimisation des procédures et l’évolution des outils numériques.

Des compétences en ressources humaines constitueraient un véritable atout.

CDI: 2500€ bruts (+13eme mois après un an d'ancienneté)
