Description du poste

Après une période d'intégration durant laquelle vous découvrirez les différents rayons, nos méthodes et nos process, vous serez progressivement responsabilisé(e) sur votre périmètre tout en étant accompagné(e) par votre tuteur.

À l'écoute des besoins des clients, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Mettre en rayon les produits et marchandises selon les consignes de présentation et d'implantation ;
  • Veiller à la bonne tenue du rayon et à son approvisionnement ;
  • Contribuer au renouvellement des produits en collaboration avec votre manager ;
  • Accueillir, renseigner et accompagner les clients avec sourire et bienveillance.

Formation et organisation

  • Contrat de professionnalisation d’une durée de 12 mois
  • CDD en alternance – 36h75 par semaine
  • 2 demi- journée de formation à distance par semaine
  • Formation 100 % prise en charge
  • Déplacement à prévoir une fois par mois sur le point de vente formateur

Cette alternance vous permettra de préparer un CQP Conseiller(ère) de Vente de Produits Alimentaires avec l’appui de notre organisme de formation partenaire.
