Le magasin Intermarché de NIORT, pour poursuivre ses engagements et la valorisation des bons produits locaux et accessibles, renforce son rayon Boulangerie en recrutant un manager de rayon Boulangerie Snacking H/F.

Description du poste

Après une période d’intégration pendant laquelle vous vous familiariserez avec le rayon boulangerie, nos process et l’équipe, vous prendrez la responsabilité du rayon, centre de profit stratégique pour le PDV et rendez-vous incontournable pour nos clients.

Véritable ambassadeur de nos engagements et de notre image de Producteurs & Commerçants auprès de nos clients,

- Vous accueillerez et vendrez, gérerez les commandes, les rotations, les stocks et la scénarisation du rayon, dans le respect des normes inhérentes à l’activité boulangerie/snacking.

- Vous serez en charge de l'animation d'une équipe de 10 personnes, composé de 5 métiers différents.

- Vous développerez la production de notre activité Restauration/ Snacking suivant les saisons.

- Vous piloterez votre centre profit sur les indicateurs commerciaux essentiels (CA, marge, productivité).

- Vous mettrez en place et suivrez l’application des techniques de fabrication dans le respect des règles d’hygiène et qualité et de la réglementation.

- A l'écoute des clients grace à un échange actif avec votre équipe au quotidien.

Qualifications
