The posting

Le poste est partagé à parts égales entre nos sites de Favone et de Porto-Vecchio. Vous faites le lien entre le terrain, l'encadrement de chantier et les services support du Groupe (comptabilité, paie, direction).

VOS MISSIONS

Secrétariat des deux sites de Favone et de Porto-Vecchio

• Accueil téléphonique, gestion du courrier et des mails.

• Tenue des agendas et organisation des rendez-vous de l'encadrement.

• Rédaction et mise en forme des courriers, comptes rendus et documents administratifs.

• Classement et archivage, sur papier et en numérique.

Planning

• Élaboration et mise à jour des plannings du personnel, des engins et du matériel sur Favone et Porto-Vecchio.

• Suivi des absences, congés et disponibilités pour anticiper les besoins entre les deux sites.

Remontée des heures et éléments de paie

• Collecte hebdomadaire des relevés d'heures du personnel des deux sites.

• Contrôle de cohérence (heures, absences, déplacements, paniers) et relance des chefs d'équipe.

• Transmission des éléments variables de paie au service paie du Groupe, dans les délais.

Factures et flux comptables

• Réception et circulation des factures fournisseurs pour validation.

• Rapprochement avec les bons de commande et les bons de livraison.

• Préparation des éléments de facturation clients (attachements, situations de travaux) avec les conducteurs de travaux.

• Transmission des pièces au service comptable.

Suivi administratif de chantier

• Suivi des documents obligatoires : DICT, habilitations, visites médicales, documents des véhicules et des engins.

VOTRE PROFIL

• Formation en secrétariat, assistanat ou gestion administrative (Bac à Bac+2).

• Une expérience dans le BTP ou les travaux publics, notamment sur les appels d'offres, est fortement appréciée.

• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, messagerie) et des plateformes de marchés publics.

• Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à tenir des échéances récurrentes (paie, factures, remises d'offres).

• Aisance relationnelle, avec les équipes terrain comme avec les services support.

• Autonomie, discrétion et goût pour un poste réparti sur deux sites.

• Permis B indispensable. Un véhicule de service est fourni pour les déplacements entre les sites.

CONDITIONS

• Lieu de travail : 50 % Favone / 50 % Porto-Vecchio

• Véhicule de service mis à disposition pour les déplacements professionnels.

• Contrat : CDI, statut employé

• Temps de travail : 35H

• Rémunération : 2 000€ brut/mois

• Prise de poste : 2 novembre 2026
