MISSION PRINCIPALE

Le Chef(fe) d’Équipe Monteur Électricien Aérien et Souterrain organise, supervise et réalise avec son équipe les travaux d’installation, de maintenance et de dépannage des réseaux électriques aériens et souterrains. Il garantit la qualité des interventions, le respect des normes de sécurité et le bon déroulement des chantiers.

ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES

  • Planifier et organiser le travail quotidien de son équipe en fonction des consignes et des priorités.
  • Superviser les opérations de pose, raccordement et mise en service des réseaux électriques HTA et BT, en aérien et souterrain.
  • Assurer le respect des règles de sécurité (EPI, habilitations électriques, balisages, signalisation).
  • Contrôler la conformité technique des travaux réalisés par l’équipe.
  • Gérer le matériel, les outils et les moyens logistiques nécessaires au chantier.
  • Former, accompagner et motiver les membres de l’équipe.
  • Assurer la communication avec le conducteur de travaux et le client.
  • Rédiger les rapports d’intervention et suivre les dossiers techniques.
  • Intervenir en dépannage et en situation d’urgence si nécessaire.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

Techniques :

  • Maîtrise des réseaux électriques HTA et BT, en pose aérienne et souterraine.
  • Connaissance des plans, schémas électriques et règles d’installation.
  • Habilitations électriques adaptées (H0B0, B1V, BR, H2V, TST).
  • Connaissance des normes de sécurité et réglementations en vigueur.
  • Expérience en gestion d’équipe et conduite de chantier.

Qualités personnelles :

  • Leadership naturel et sens de la responsabilité.
  • Capacité d’organisation et de gestion des priorités.
  • Sens de la communication et du travail en équipe.
  • Rigueur et autonomie.
  • Bonne résistance physique et adaptabilité aux conditions extérieures.

FORMATION / EXPÉRIENCE

  • Bac Pro Électrotechnique, Énergies, Maintenance ou équivalent.
  • Expérience significative (3 à 5 ans minimum) dans le montage et la gestion d’équipe sur réseaux électriques aériens et souterrains.
  • Permis B exigé.
