The posting

Fondé il y a plus de 30 ans, le groupe Rocca offre à ses clients des prestations dans les domaines du transport, de l'environnement, du BTP, de l'immobilier et du négoce. Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de paie et administration du personnel H/F

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines du Groupe, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Calculer, établir et contrôler mensuellement les bulletins de paie dans le respect de la réglementation et dans un environnement multi conventions
  • Établir la DSN et les autres déclarations sociales
  • Gérer les entrées, sorties des salariés et établir les soldes de tout compte.
  • Rédiger les documents contractuels à destination des salariés (contrats de travail, avenants, courriers ...).
  • Mettre à jour les dossiers des salariés.
  • Suivre les échéances administratives (fin de période d’essai, fin de CDD, titre de séjour, temps partiel, visite médicale (embauche/reprise), etc…)
  • Suivre la gestion des temps et des activités (GTA) en veillant à la fiabilité des données.
  • Gérer les absences (arrêts de travail, congés, ...)

De Formation Bac+ 2 minimum en Gestion des Ressources Humaines ou Niveau Baccalauréat complété par une expérience significative en paie de 2 ans minimum.
