En tant que préposé(e) à l’hygiène et salubrité, vous êtes responsable du nettoyage et du maintien de la propreté de l’établissement afin d’assurer un environnement sécuritaire et sain pour les résidents, le personnel et les visiteurs. Vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la prévention des infections et le respect des normes de santé et sécurité.

Responsabilités principales

  • Nettoyer et désinfecter les surfaces horizontales et verticales (murs, planchers, comptoirs, etc.) dans les chambres, les aires communes et les espaces de travail.
  • Assurer le nettoyage et l’entretien de certains équipements et ameublements des locaux.
  • Vider les poubelles et remplacer les sacs conformément aux protocoles.
  • Effectuer le balayage, le lavage et la désinfection des planchers selon les procédures établies.
  • Respecter les normes d’hygiène, de santé et de sécurité en vigueur, incluant les protocoles de prévention des infections.
  • Utiliser les produits et équipements de nettoyage de manière sécuritaire et efficace.
  • Signaler toute anomalie ou besoin de réparation à la personne responsable.
  • Effectuer un travail de qualité dans les délais prescrits.
  • Accomplit diverses tâches régulièrement ou sur demande tels que le lavage des murs et l’entretien des bouches de ventilation

EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES

  • Expérience en entretien ménager, idéalement en milieu institutionnel ou de soins.
  • Connaissance des normes d’hygiène et de salubrité.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.
  • Bonne condition physique (travail debout, déplacements fréquents).
  • Sens des responsabilités et souci du détail.
