Le Groupe Vallée est composé de 12 entités œuvrant sur dans les métiers du second œuvre, de la menuiserie, de la rénovation énergétique et de la dépollution, avec plus de 600 collaborateurs répartis sur nos différents sites.

📝 Le poste

Dans le cadre du développement de notre entité Isolba, nous recrutons en CDI un/une Chef d'équipe Bardeur H/F à SAINT-OUEN (41).

Vous interviendrez sur des chantiers publics et privés, avec des déplacements dans le département (41) limitrophes.

Vos missions consistent à :

Préparation du chantier :

  • Analyser les plans, les consignes et les documents techniques.
  • Organiser les approvisionnements en matériaux et en outillage.
  • Préparer et sécuriser la zone de travail.

Encadrement de l’équipe :

  • Diriger une équipe de bardeurs (2 à 5 personnes).
  • Répartir les tâches quotidiennes selon les compétences et le planning.
  • Former les nouveaux arrivants aux techniques et consignes de sécurité.

Suivi technique des travaux :

  • Superviser et participer à la pose d’éléments de bardage, de couverture ou de structure métallique.
  • Veiller à la conformité des travaux avec les plans et les normes en vigueur.
  • Réaliser des relevés, ajustements et finitions si nécessaire.

Garant de la sécurité :

  • Faire respecter les consignes de sécurité (port des EPI, travail en hauteur, utilisation des engins…).
  • Assurer un suivi quotidien des conditions de travail et signaler tout risque.

🔍 Votre profil

Doté(e) d'un CAP/BEP en construction métallique, couverture, ou bardage, idéalement complété par un Bac Pro ou un BTS Bâtiment / Charpente métallique.

Expérience significative (3 à 5 ans minimum) dans le bardage ou la pose de structures métalliques, dont au moins 1 à 2 ans en encadrement d’équipe sur chantier.

Connaissance des techniques de bardage (acier, aluminium, panneaux sandwich, etc.) et des normes associées.

Vous êtes une personne ponctuelle, fiable, avec un esprit d'équipe et un goût pour le travail manuel.

Vous détenez le permis de conduire.
