📝 Le poste

Dans le cadre de son développement, ISOLBA 41 recherche un Conducteur de travaux H/F pour accompagner la gestion et le suivi de ses chantiers.

👉 Vos missions:

  • Planifier et organiser les interventions de vos équipes ;
  • Manager, accompagner vos collaborateurs et gérer les sous-traitants ;
  • Assurer le bon déroulement des travaux sur le plan de l’exploitation, des budgets financiers et des délais de réalisation ;
  • Optimiser les coûts de vos chantiers avec le support d’un technicien chargé d’effectuer vos commandes ;
  • Assurer le respect de la qualité et de la sécurité sur vos chantiers.
  • Représenter l’entreprise auprès de la maîtrise d’ouvrage et de la maîtrise d’œuvre ainsi qu’auprès des autres intervenants présents sur le chantier.
  • Établissement des devis complémentaires liés aux travaux

Ce poste vous permettra une grande autonomie, une vraie prise d’initiatives et un travail d’équipe valorisant, qui vous permettra d’évoluer au sein de notre groupe.

🔍 Votre profil

  • Formation BAC +2 à BAC +5 dans le bâtiment (BTS, DUT, Licence, école d’ingénieur…)
  • Une première expérience dans le secteur du bâtiment est appréciée, mais les profils débutants motivés seront également étudiés
  • Sens de l’organisation et autonomie
  • Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe
  • Intérêt pour le suivi de chantier et le management d’équipes

Vous détenez le permis de conduire.
