📝 Le poste

Dans le cadre du développement de notre entité Vallée bâtiment – Pôle entretien et service, nous recherchons des chefs de chantier menuisier, solier, peintre H/F en CDI, basé sur Le Mans.

👉 Vos missions :

  • Former et accompagner les collaborateurs.
  • Participer aux réunions préparatoires avec les conducteurs de travaux,
  • Prendre connaissance du dossier technique et des plans,
  • Évaluer et contrôler les besoins en main-d’œuvre, en matériels et matériaux,
  • Faire le point sur l'avancement des travaux et organiser les tâches avec les ouvriers et sous-traitants,
  • Gérer le planning,
  • Gérer les dysfonctionnements techniques.

🔍 Votre profil

Vous devez idéalement être titulaire d'un diplôme (en menuiserie / sol / peinture sur des formations type CAP, BEP, BAC) et justifiez au moins 5 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle. Vous savez vous démarquez par votre polyvalence et votre savoir-faire.

Vous êtes une personne dynamique, rigoureuse et vous aimez le travail d’équipe. Vous souhaitez avoir l’opportunité d’exprimer vos savoir-faire et faire preuve d’autonomie sur vos fonctions ?
