📝 Le poste

Dans le cadre de son développement, notre entité Vallée bâtiment – Pôle entretien et service, recrute un Métreur confirmé (H/F) au Mans pour un poste en CDI.

👉Vos missions :

  • Réaliser les études de prix : estimations des coûts, calcul des quantités et des débours ;
  • Analyser les plans architecturaux et techniques ;
  • Établir des devis détaillés et participer à la planification des projets ;
  • Effectuer les demandes de prix, comparer les offres fournisseurs et sous-traitants ;
  • Collaborer avec les architectes, entreprises et équipes internes ;
  • Anticiper les risques financiers et gérer les travaux supplémentaires ;
  • Réaliser des relevés sur site et assister le Responsable Bureau d’Études ;
  • Participer ponctuellement au dessin / DAO (un plus).

Vous interviendrez dans le cadre de divers chantiers, travaux neufs ou rénovation dans des agences, des magasins, des bailleurs sociaux, …

🔍 Votre profil

  • Formation en économie de la construction ou métreur (Bac+2 minimum, Bac+3 apprécié) et expérience de 3 ans minimum
  • Bonne maîtrise des plans, des matériaux et des coûts de construction ;
  • Capacité à utiliser des logiciels de métré et de conception 2D/3D (DAO un plus) ;
  • Rigueur, précision et esprit d’analyse ;
  • Autonomie et sens de l’organisation, tout en sachant collaborer avec les architectes, fournisseurs et équipes internes ;
  • Respect des règles de sécurité et capacité à anticiper les risques sur chantier.
