  • Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Kundenbetreuung über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Kundenportal und Chat), die Bearbeitung von Stamm- und Vertragsdaten, das Vertragsmanagement sowie die Gewinnung von Neukunden
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden beim elektronischen Datenaustausch
  • Darüber hinaus wirkst du aktiv an Vertriebsprojekten sowie an Projekten zur Optimierung interner Unternehmensprozesse mit

  • Für deine Rolle in unserem Team benötigst du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbares, praxisbasiertes Fachwissen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb sowie im Umgang mit Kunden konntest du bereits sammeln
  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität sowie gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen mit
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du überzeugst durch deine Kundenorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
