MISSÃO DO PROFESSOR DE PROGRAMAÇÃO NO GRUPO 3C:

Se você é apaixonado por tecnologia e deseja, assim como nós, mudar o futuro por meio da educação, venha fazer parte dessa equipe comprometida em fornecer oportunidades para jovens.

Como Professor de Programação você fará parte do Instituto 3C, uma iniciativa do grupo 3C que tem como objeto a profissionalização de jovens e a inserção dos mesmos no mercado.

SUAS PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES SERÃO:

  • Participar ativamente do planejamento de aulas;
  • Realizar a aplicação dos conteúdos planejados para a turma;
  • Apoiar os alunos na compreensão do material didático e tirar dúvidas;
  • Colaborar para criar um ambiente de aprendizado produtivo e estimulante;
  • Monitorar o progresso dos alunos e fornecer feedback construtivo;
  • Acompanhar métricas e indicadores estabelecidos.

TÉCNICAS OBRIGATÓRIAS:

  • Não precisa ter experiência prévia com sala de aula;
  • Experiência na área de programação;
  • Ter facilidade em transmitir conhecimento e na aplicação de dinâmicas;
  • Ter facilidade com tecnologia;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipe.

TÉCNICAS DESEJÁVEIS:

  • Conhecimento em Git e fundamentos de versionamento de código;
  • Domínio básico em HTML5, CSS (incluindo Flexbox) e JavaScript ES6;
  • Fundamentos de Lógica de Programação e PHP Básico;
  • Manipulação de Arrays e Strings;
  • Compreensão de conceitos de Programação Orientada a Objetos (POO) em PHP;
  • Experiência com SQLite, PDO e noções de Segurança e Sessões;
  • Familiaridade com o padrão Mini-MVC e uso do framework Slim 4;
  • Capacidade de apoiar na execução de Projetos Integradores com foco prático;
  • Visão geral sobre carreira e oportunidades no mercado de tecnologia.
