Como Analista de Suporte Técnico, sua missão será garantir que cada cliente tenha uma experiência completa, segura e eficiente no uso da plataforma. Você será responsável por acompanhar todo o processo de implantação, conduzindo treinamentos, esclarecendo dúvidas, oferecendo suporte consultivo durante a configuração e assegurando que o cliente finalize o processo com total domínio da ferramenta.

Mais do que configurar o sistema, o Analista atua como facilitador do relacionamento com o cliente, garantindo proximidade, confiança e a certeza de que a tecnologia está sendo utilizada em seu máximo potencial.

SUAS PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES SERÃO:

  • Entrar em contato os clientes (em fase de testes e contratos fechado);
  • Realizar o agendamento e confirmação da implantação;
  • Enviar os dados de acesso ao cliente;
  • Realizar implantação do sistema ;
  • Realizar integrações com CRMs;
  • Realizar o envio do CSAT;
  • Realizar as atividades de acompanhamento.

  • Ter facilidade em aprender e gostar de se desenvolver;
  • Escrever bem;
  • Ter conhecimento em informática.
