Principais responsabilidades

  • Executar processos de admissão, rescisão e movimentações de pessoal.
  • Conferir e apoiar o fechamento da folha de pagamento.
  • Controlar ponto eletrônico, banco de horas e afastamentos.
  • Administrar férias, 13º salário e benefícios.
  • Elaborar guias e obrigações acessórias trabalhistas e previdenciárias.
  • Atender colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre rotinas de DP.
  • Organizar e manter atualizados cadastros e arquivos de pessoal.
  • Alimentar os sitemas de gestão de RH

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em Departamento Pessoal, com foco em folha e rotinas trabalhistas.
  • Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária vigente.
  • Vivência com admissão, rescisão, férias, ponto e benefícios.
  • Conhecimentos em sistemas de folha de pagamento e pacote Office (especialmente Excel).
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e confidencialidade no tratamento de dados.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em eSocial, EFD-Reinf e demais obrigações acessórias.
  • Atuação prévia em projetos de melhoria de processos de DP.
  • Formação ou cursos de especialização em Departamento Pessoal ou Legislação Trabalhista.
  • Assistência Médica e Assistência Odontológica.
  • Convênio com Farmácia e Seguro de Vida em Grupo.
  • Vale-Refeição e Cesta Básica.
  • Vale-Transporte.
