Responsabilidades:

Planejamento e Coordenação:

Desenvolver e implementar estratégias logísticas para otimizar a eficiência operacional. Coordenar todas as atividades logísticas, incluindo recebimento, armazenamento, manuseio, distribuição e transporte de produtos. Programar e supervisionar a programação de entregas e coletas, garantindo a pontualidade e a precisão das operações.

Gestão de Estoques:

Monitorar os níveis de estoque e coordenar as atividades de reposição conforme necessário. Implementar práticas de controle de estoque para minimizar perdas e garantir a precisão dos registros. Realizar inventários regulares para verificar a precisão dos dados de estoque e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.

Gestão de Equipe:

Recrutar, treinar e supervisionar a equipe de logística, garantindo que todos os membros estejam devidamente capacitados e motivados. Atribuir tarefas e definir metas claras de desempenho para a equipe, avaliando regularmente o progresso e fornecendo feedback construtivo. Promover um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e seguro, incentivando a comunicação aberta e a resolução eficaz de conflitos.

Gestão de Fornecedores e Parceiros:

Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com fornecedores e parceiros de transporte, negociando termos contratuais e garantindo o cumprimento de padrões de qualidade e prazos de entrega. Avaliar regularmente o desempenho dos fornecedores e implementar medidas corretivas quando necessário para garantir a conformidade com os requisitos da empresa.

Garantia de Qualidade e Conformidade:

Implementar e fazer cumprir os padrões de qualidade e segurança em todas as operações logísticas. Garantir o cumprimento de regulamentos e legislações pertinentes, incluindo normas de transporte, armazenamento e manuseio de produtos.

Sob sua responsabiliade estará: Gestão da área, Suprimentos, Almoxarifado, Estoque de Insumos e Produtos Acabados, Recebimento, Expedição, Transportes e Frota da empresa.

  • Formação acadêmica em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou área relacionada (desejável).
  • Experiência prévia em cargos de supervisão ou gestão em logística.
  • Conhecimento sólido de práticas e técnicas de gestão de estoques, distribuição e transporte.
  • Habilidades comprovadas de liderança, comunicação e resolução de problemas.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gerenciar múltiplas atividades simultaneamente.
  • Proficiência em sistemas de gestão de estoque e software de logística.
  • Conhecimento das regulamentações e normas pertinentes à área de logística.
  • Experiência comprovada na função
  • Excel, word e power point (intermediário)
