O Jovem Aprendiz – Comercial é responsável por prestar suporte às atividades administrativas e operacionais da área Comercial, auxiliando na organização de materiais, atendimento às demandas dos colaboradores, controle de documentos e informações, apoio às equipes de vendas e merchandising, bem como nas demais rotinas do setor, contribuindo para a organização e o bom funcionamento das atividades comerciais.

ATIVIDADES:

  • Auxiliar na organização e controle de materiais de merchandising e materiais promocionais;
  • Realizar a separação, identificação e organização de materiais destinados às equipes de vendas, promotores e ações comerciais;
  • Apoiar no controle de entrada e saída de materiais de merchandising;
  • Prestar atendimento e suporte aos colaboradores da área Comercial, direcionando suas solicitações conforme orientação da liderança;
  • Auxiliar a equipe comercial em demandas administrativas e operacionais do dia a dia;
  • Auxiliar na atualização de planilhas e controles internos do setor;
  • Apoiar na elaboração e organização de relatórios e apresentações, conforme orientação da liderança;
  • Apoiar a preparação de materiais para reuniões, treinamentos, eventos e ações da área Comercial;
  • Auxiliar no controle e organização de brindes, materiais promocionais e demais itens utilizados nas ações comerciais;
  • Apoiar o atendimento das demandas das equipes de vendas e promotores, realizando o direcionamento das solicitações aos responsáveis;
  • Cumprir as orientações, procedimentos e normas internas da empresa;
  • Manter o ambiente de trabalho, arquivos e materiais da área organizados;
  • Interagir com as áreas de Vendas, Trade Marketing, Logística, Financeiro e demais setores, visando garantir o fluxo adequado das informações e a execução das atividades comerciais;
  • Executar outras atividades correlatas, de acordo com as necessidades da área e orientação da liderança.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ter entre 18 e 24 anos;
  • Conhecimento no pacote office;
  • Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de marketing;
  • Ensino médio completo ou cursando Bacharelado em Administração, Marketing ou áreas afins;

CONHECIMENTOS E HABILIDADES:
