Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia a dia: • Apoiar a manutenção, atualização e organização de planilhas da área comercial;• Auxiliar na gestão quantitativa e qualitativa da carteira de clientes;• Prestar suporte às Assistentes Comerciais nas atividades administrativas da área;• Apoiar ações de pós-venda e contato com clientes;• Auxiliar na elaboração e no envio de reportes e informações para clientes;• Realizar agendamentos de reuniões;• Apoiar a organização de reuniões, incluindo solicitação de coffee break e almoço quando necessário;• Participar de reuniões da área para acompanhamento das atividades e aprendizado dos processos;• Auxiliar na formatação, revisão e organização de propostas comerciais;• Contribuir para a organização de documentos e controles da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que o Grupo RBS espera de você:• Idade entre 16 e 24 anos;• Ensino médio em andamento ou concluído;• Disponibilidade para atuar no turno da tarde;• Conhecimento básico de informática, especialmente do pacote Office;• Interesse em aprender sobre processos comerciais e atendimento a clientes;• Organização e atenção aos detalhes;• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;• Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade;• Interesse em desenvolvimento profissional e aprendizado contínuo.• Pessoa organizada e comprometida;• Curiosa, interessada e com vontade de aprender;• Proativa e colaborativa;• Capaz de lidar com diferentes demandas administrativas simultaneamente;• Discreta e profissional no relacionamento com clientes e equipes.
