Responsabilidades

  • Elaborar, analisar e acompanhar relatórios de desempenho comercial por regional, loja, vendedor, categoria e produto.
  • Desenvolver e atualizar dashboards gerenciais em ferramentas de BI, garantindo confiabilidade e agilidade na tomada de decisão.
  • Monitorar e interpretar indicadores estratégicos como vendas, margem, ticket médio, conversão, produtividade e rentabilidade.
  • Consolidar dados comerciais e operacionais para suporte à diretoria em reuniões estratégicas e apresentações executivas.
  • Aplicar recursos de Inteligência Artificial para automação de análises, geração de insights e construção de cenários preditivos.
  • Apoiar campanhas promocionais, ações comerciais e projetos estratégicos, acompanhando resultados e propondo melhorias.
  • Atuar como suporte analítico às regionais e lojas, assegurando padronização e clareza das informações.
  • Realizar visitas periódicas às unidades para compreensão da operação e alinhamento entre indicadores e realidade comercial.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos comerciais e propor ações orientadas a resultados.
  • Garantir a integridade, atualização e organização das bases de dados comerciais.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com áreas multidisciplinares, contribuindo para o alcance das metas organizacionais.
  • Apoiar a evolução da inteligência comercial por meio de análises estratégicas e visão de negócio.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;
  • Excel avançado;
  • Domínio em ferramentas de BI;
  • Experiência com análise de dados, indicadores comerciais e construção de dashboards;
  • Vivência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas;
  • Conhecimento em análise de performance comercial e interpretação de métricas de vendas;
  • Perfil analítico, estratégico, organização, disciplina e foco em resultados;
  • Comunicação clara e habilidade de influência;
  • Capacidade de negociação e resolução de problemas;
  • Facilidade para atuar em equipe e relacionamento com diferentes áreas;
  • Ética, comprometimento e atenção à qualidade das informações.
