O Grupo Barraqueiro está a recrutar um Analista de Informação de Gestão, com foco em Garantir informação de gestão fiável, integrada e atempada para as áreas corporativas, transformando dados de Compras, Inventário, Logística e Recursos Humanos em indicadores e análises que suportem a tomada de decisão. Funções • Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios (preferencialmente em Power BI e Excel) para as áreas corporativas: Compras, Inventário (foco em manutenção) e Recursos Humanos; • Extrair, tratar e validar dados do ERP e dos sistemas de manutenção e de gestão de RH, assegurando a qualidade e consistência da informação; • Criar e monitorizar KPIs de compras, fornecimento, inventário, logística e recursos humanos, com regras de cálculo claras e uniformes; • Analisar consumos, custos, stocks, desempenho de fornecedores e indicadores de RH (efetivos, recrutamento, rotação, formação, diversidade, etc…), identificando tendências, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria; • Apoiar as áreas na interpretação dos dados, transformando informação em recomendações de suporte à decisão; • Automatizar a recolha, tratamento e atualização da informação, reduzindo tarefas manuais; • Colaborar na normalização de indicadores, dados mestres e regras de negócio e na documentação dos processos de reporting. Requisitos Formação superior em Engenharia, Gestão, Sistemas de Informação, Matemática, Estatística, Economia ou área similar; 1 a 3 anos de Experiência em análise de dados, reporting, controlo de gestão ou Business Intelligence; valorizada experiência em compras, manutenção, logística ou recursos humanos; Bons conhecimentos de Power BI e Excel; SQL, Power Query, DAX ou Python, bem como ERP e sistemas de gestão de RH, valorizados; Forte capacidade analítica, rigor e atenção ao detalhe, com capacidade de transformar dados em conclusões claras; Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipa com diferentes áreas funcionais; Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado para a aprendizagem e a melhoria contínua; Fluência em português; conhecimentos de inglês valorizados.
