A função implica tarefas de carácter administrativo, bem como interação direta com agências de viagens e outros clientes e parceiros, contribuindo para a organização e eficiência do serviço. Funções: Assegurar o suporte operacional ao processo de aluguer de viaturas; Acompanhamento de serviços e faturação dos serviços prestados; Proceder à introdução de dados no sistema informático; Elaboração de orçamentos e contratos; Proceder à confirmação, por telefone, dos serviços dos clientes agências de viagens; Proceder ao arquivo da documentação; Atendimento telefónico; Flexibilidade horária; Disponibilidade. Requisitos Formação superior em área relevante para a função; Experiência em funções similares (relação com cliente, serviço cliente); Nível inglês mínimo B2 ou C1. Vantagens Integração num Grupo líder ibérico, sólido, com forte presença no setor do turismo e transporte rodoviário; Função estável e com tarefas diversificadas, que combinam apoio comercial, administrativo e contacto com clientes; Participação no ciclo completo do serviço ao cliente / comercial, desde a proposta à faturação; Contacto direto com agências de viagens e operadores turísticos, reforçando competências de comunicação e organização; Ambiente de trabalho estruturado, com acompanhamento e formação inicial; Possibilidade de crescimento interno, mediante desempenho e evolução profissional.
