Objetivo da função Assegurar o processamento salarial rigoroso e atempado, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação laboral e fiscal em vigor, bem como o apoio administrativo aos processos de gestão de recursos humanos. Funções: Apoiar na implementação das políticas e processos de Recursos Humanos, contribuindo para a resolução de problemas e promoção de uma cultura de valorização e desenvolvimento; Assegurar a gestão da informação dos colaboradores, incluindo análise, validação e registo em sistemas de RH para o correcto processamento salarial; Apoiar a DRH no reporte de informação a diversas entidades públicas e privadas; Esclarecer dúvidas e questões de RH; Promover uma cultura de melhoria contínua, trabalho em equipa e alinhamento com os objectivos da empresa. Requisitos Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Sociologia ou área similar; Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções similares, com foco em gestão contratual e processamento salarial; Conhecimentos de informática na óptica do utilizador: ferramentos MS Excel (nível avançado); Conhecimentos de legislação laboral; Bom relacionamento interpessoal; Boa capacidade analítica/atenção ao detalhe.
