A Barraqueiro Transportes, empresa de referência no setor do transporte rodoviário de passageiros e integrada no Grupo Barraqueiro, o maior grupo nacional de transportes, pretende reforçar a sua equipa operacional com a integração de um Técnico de Tráfego. Esta função integra uma operação de grande dimensão, composta por cerca de 190 motoristas e 150 viaturas, dedicada ao serviço de Expressos e a serviços de aluguer, incluindo serviços ocasionais, fixos e operações para agências de viagens. Procuramos um profissional com gosto pelo setor dos transportes, capacidade analítica, sentido de responsabilidade e vontade de crescer na área da gestão operacional de tráfego. Missão da Função Apoiar a coordenação e acompanhamento diário da operação de tráfego, assegurando o cumprimento dos serviços programados, a comunicação eficaz com motoristas e equipas internas, e a resolução célere de situações operacionais, sob orientação do Responsável de Tráfego. Funções: Apoiar o Responsável de Tráfego na gestão e acompanhamento da operação diária; Acompanhar a realização dos serviços de Expressos e alugueres, garantindo o cumprimento de horários, itinerários e instruções operacionais; Monitorizar a movimentação das viaturas e motoristas, identificando desvios, atrasos ou ocorrências que possam impactar o serviço; Prestar apoio operacional aos motoristas, transmitindo orientações, alterações de serviço e soluções em caso de imprevistos; Apoiar a afetação de motoristas e viaturas aos serviços programados, de acordo com as necessidades da operação; Articular com a equipa de oficina e demais áreas internas sempre que seja necessário assegurar substituições de viaturas, acompanhamento de avarias ou ajustamentos operacionais; Registar e acompanhar ocorrências operacionais, contribuindo para a análise e melhoria contínua do serviço; Colaborar na preparação, organização e controlo de informação operacional; Garantir uma comunicação clara, eficaz e profissional com motoristas, colegas, clientes internos e outros departamentos; Cumprir e promover o cumprimento das normas internas, procedimentos operacionais e regras aplicáveis ao transporte rodoviário de passageiros. Requisitos Habilitações escolares mínimas ao nível do 12.º ano de escolaridade; Experiência em funções operacionais, administrativas, logísticas ou de apoio à gestão de equipas será valorizada; Experiência no setor dos transportes será valorizada, mas não é obrigatória; Gosto pelo setor da mobilidade e transporte rodoviário de passageiros; Boa capacidade analítica e atenção ao detalhe; Facilidade de comunicação e bom relacionamento interpessoal; Capacidade de organização, planeamento e gestão de prioridades; Resiliência, sentido de responsabilidade e capacidade de atuar em contextos de pressão operacional; Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas informáticas; Disponibilidade horária, incluindo para acompanhamento de situações operacionais fora do horário normal de trabalho, sempre que necessário; Vontade de aprender, evoluir e desenvolver carreira na área de tráfego e operações.
