The posting

Gerenciar o fluxo completo de documentos relacionados à manutenção, como Solicitações de Reparo (SR) e Ordens de Serviço (OS), desde a abertura até o fechamento;

  • Programar e acompanhar as manutenções preventivas e corretivas dos veículos da frota, utilizando o sistema Transnet;
  • Controlar e registrar o consumo de combustível, Arla e lubrificantes dos veículos, garantindo a precisão e a atualização das informações no sistema;
  • Auxiliar na elaboração, atualização e análise de relatórios e indicadores de desempenho da área de manutenção;
  • Manter atualizadas as atividades, ações e projetos da área na ferramenta de gestão Asana;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento semanal das Solicitações de Reparo (SRs) pendentes no Transnet, assegurando o correto vínculo com as respectivas Ordens de Serviço (OS);
  • Apoiar as reuniões do setor, preparando materiais, apresentando dados e fornecendo informações com base nos sistemas e nas planilhas de controle;
  • Atualizar diariamente o painel de intervenções, acompanhando os resultados do MKBF (Mean Kilometers Between Failures — quilometragem média entre falhas);
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e o acompanhamento das atividades dos estagiários, contribuindo para a organização das rotinas de controle e monitoramento do desempenho da manutenção;
  • Manter atualizado o controle de pneus, incluindo mapeamento, identificação de posições, entradas e saídas para recapagem e respectivos registros no sistema.

Conhecimento técnico requerido

  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão e controle de manutenção;
  • Domínio de ferramentas de controle, planilhas eletrônicas e elaboração de relatórios;
  • Conhecimento em acompanhamento de indicadores e organização de dados operacionais.

Conhecimento técnico desejável

  • Conhecimento no sistema Transnet;
  • Conhecimento na ferramenta de gestão de atividades e projetos Asana;
  • Noções de indicadores de desempenho de manutenção de frotas, especialmente MKBF;
  • Conhecimento em controle de pneus, consumo de insumos e acompanhamento de manutenções preventivas e corretivas.

Profissional organizado, analítico, proativo e atento aos detalhes, com capacidade de planejamento, acompanhamento de prazos e controle de informações. Deve apresentar boa comunicação, senso de responsabilidade, facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e habilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas simultaneamente, mantendo a qualidade e a confiabilidade dos registros e relatórios da área.
