O Analista de PCM (Planejamento e Controle da Manutenção) é responsável por coordenar e executar atividades relacionadas ao planejamento, programação e controle das manutenções preventivas e corretivas. Além disso, atua na gestão de indicadores de desempenho, análise de falhas e na otimização dos processos de manutenção. Este profissional desempenha um papel fundamental na garantia da disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos equipamentos e instalações da empresa.

  • Elaborar e atualizar o plano de manutenção preventiva dos equipamentos, considerando a criticidade e a frequência de uso de cada um.
  • Realizar o planejamento e programação das manutenções corretivas, garantindo a disponibilidade dos recursos necessários.
  • Controlar a execução das ordens de serviço de manutenção, acompanhando o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade dos serviços prestados.
  • Analisar os indicadores de desempenho da manutenção, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Participar de reuniões com as áreas de produção e engenharia para alinhar as demandas de manutenção com as necessidades operacionais.
  • Realizar a gestão de peças de reposição e materiais utilizados na manutenção, garantindo o estoque adequado e a reposição oportuna.
  • Desenvolver e manter atualizados os procedimentos operacionais da área de PCM, visando padronizar as atividades e garantir a qualidade dos serviços.
  • Realizar a análise de falhas dos equipamentos, identificando as causas raízes e propondo ações para evitar reincidências.
  • Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua na área de manutenção, buscando aumentar a eficiência dos processos e reduzir os custos operacionais.
  • Manter-se atualizado em relação às novas tecnologias e tendências do mercado de manutenção, buscando aplicar as melhores práticas no dia a dia.
