Propósito del Cargo

Liderar la gestión técnica y el aseguramiento de la sostenibilidad en nuestras operaciones y cadena de suministro. Serás responsable de integrar criterios ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza (ESG), liderar el ciclo de certificaciones internacionales (como RSPO) y ejecutar procesos de debida diligencia para prevenir riesgos, proteger la reputación y respaldar la continuidad comercial ante clientes globales e instancias evaluadoras.

Funciones

  • Liderar e implementar la estrategia, estándares y compromisos de sostenibilidad corporativos y planes de trabajo.
  • Gestionar el ciclo integral de certificaciones internacionales y auditorías externas (planificación, auditorías, preparación operativa y cierre efectivo de no conformidades).
  • Controlar la cadena de custodia, balances de masas y transacciones de créditos (p. ej., RSPO) en plataformas digitales de sostenibilidad.
  • Ejecutar procesos de debida diligencia y evaluación de riesgos socioambientales en la cadena de valor.
  • Asegurar la calidad de la información ESG, consolidando datos y definiendo metodologías para reportes de sostenibilidad.
  • Brindar asesoría técnica a clientes multinacionales, proveedores y áreas internas sobre normativas y homologaciones sectoriales.
  • Garantizar el marco de cumplimiento normativo, gestionando la matriz de obligaciones legales y políticas internas socioambientales.

Requisitos

  • Formación Académica: Profesional en Ingeniería Agroindustrial, Industrial, Ambiental, Sostenibilidad, Administración o carreras afines. Deseable Maestría en Sostenibilidad Empresarial, Agroindustria o MBA.
  • Experiencia Requerida: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de sostenibilidad, certificaciones, cumplimiento normativo o cadenas de suministro. Al menos 2 años liderando procesos/proyectos interdepartamentales. Participación sustantiva en auditorías y resolución de no conformidades. Experiencia en debida diligencia, evaluación de riesgos socioambientales y reportes ESG. Muy deseable: Experiencia en el sector agroindustrial, palma, aceites y grasas o cadenas de suministro de alta complejidad.
