Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Vendedores dinámicos y orientados al cumplimiento de objetivos, que se enfoquen en la venta de nuestro portafolio de productos, mejorando los niveles de rotación de inventarios, ofreciendo nuevos productos y realizando un excelente manejo de cartera.

Responsabilidades:

- Realizar la venta directa de nuestros productos de consumo masivo a clientes en la ruta asignada.

- Mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes existentes, asegurando un excelente servicio al cliente.

- Prospectar y captar nuevos clientes en la zona asignada para ampliar nuestra base de clientes.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas establecidos.

- Realizar el seguimiento de los pedidos, entregas y cobros, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente en todo momento.

- Proporcionar informes de ventas y análisis de mercado de forma regular.

Requisitos

Formación académica:

  • Bachillerato culminado

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia de 1 año en ventas, preferiblemente en el sector de productos de consumo masivo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Orientación al logro de resultados y cumplimiento de metas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar eficientemente una ruta de ventas.
  • Conocimiento de la zona geográfica de Manta y sus alrededores.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y trabajar en horarios flexibles según las necesidades del negocio.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.

Es imprescindible que cuentes con movilización propia para los traslados.
