Liderar y verificar la correcta aplicación de la normativa fiscal y el ciclo de declaraciones tributarias de Grupo Danec, garantizando la integridad de los registros contables, mitigación de riesgos en auditorías y optimización de la posición fiscal de la organización en estricto apego al Código Tributario y la Ley de Régimen Tributario Interno (LRTI).

Funciones principales:

  • Ciclo Integral de Cumplimiento Fiscal: Supervisar la determinación, conciliación, declaración, contabilización y pago oportuno de impuestos, anexos transaccionales y obligaciones fiscales del grupo empresarial.
  • Control y Prevención de Contingencias: Implementar y monitorear el marco de control tributario sobre operaciones de Contabilidad, Compras, Ventas, Tesorería, plantas e iniciativas agrícolas, evitando errores y pérdida de créditos fiscales.
  • Gestión Regulatoria & SRI: Monitorear permanentemente los cambios legislativos y criterios de las autoridades fiscales, adaptando de forma oportuna políticas, contratos, datos y sistemas ERP.
  • Auditorías & Litigio Tributario: Liderar la atención de requerimientos, procesos de determinación y controversias con el SRI, municipios y entes de control, sustentando técnicamente la postura corporativa.
  • Precios de Transferencia: Velar por la correcta gestión de operaciones entre partes relacionadas, sustentación documental, análisis de márgenes y conciliaciones intercompañía.
  • Asesoría Estratégica al Negocio: Brindar orientación fiscal en contratos, inversiones, reestructuraciones, comercio exterior y proyectos agrícolas para aprovechar beneficios e incentivos legales.
  • Liderazgo & Automatización: Dirigir al equipo tributario (Analista Tributario) e impulsar la estandarización, analítica de datos y optimización de herramientas tecnológicas.

Requisitos

Formación académica:

  • Educación: Título universitario de Tercer Nivel en Contabilidad y Auditoría con acreditación como CPA.
  • Posgrado (Deseable): Especialización o Maestría en Tributación, Derecho Tributario, Fiscalidad o Finanzas.

Experiencia requerida:

  • 5 años de trayectoria progresiva en gestión tributaria completa (cierres, provisiones, declaraciones y anexos), preferentemente en grupos empresariales complejos, empresas industriales, agroindustriales, manufactureras o de consumo masivo.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Dominio del Código Tributario y la Ley de Régimen Tributario Interno (LRTI).
  • Conocimientos en NIIF aplicadas a impuestos diferidos y contabilidad de costos agroindustriales.
  • Experiencia directa en procesos de fiscalización y auditoría tributaria.
